Job Description
Sales Support:-
Roles and responsibilities
Sales & Marketing:
Execution of the sales and marketing plan for the project set by HOD
Responsible for price & performance data updates
Responsible for receipt of customer product queries for RFQ
Responsible for coordination with engineering/design team of customer for better understanding about the requirement and communicate all specific design requirements to ARI design team
Responsible for customer query handling
Responsible for SAP,CRM activities:
Price master entries for the West region.
Customer master data monitoring
SA,PIR, source creation PR creation ,PO creation.
P & L Management:
Responsible for handling product quotations
Responsible for payment collection within the credit period given
Responsible for inventory control
Customer Relations:
Responsible for timely redressal of pre & post sales customer queries
Responsible for communication with customer for Price Increase & Forex Increase
Education and experience
BA / BSc. / B.Com / BBA with 2 to 4 Years’ Experience

Good in MS Office
