Job Description
Managing client accounts and addressing sales inquiries effectively. Coordinating with
production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution. Raise Sales order &
tracking delivery in SAP. Inventory Management and administration of RM, PM & FG.
Tracking Progress of job/order & update management. Prepare reports, MIS & Excel
reports. Supporting the sales team with quotations, order processing, and client
communication. Maintaining records of customer interactions and sales performance
reports. Assisting in achieving monthly sales targets and resolving any post-sales
issues.
