Detailed JD:-
DTNA-Cloud-Operations Support Engineer
• Should be willing to work for North America shifts.
• Experience on ITSM processes like Incident, change and problem management
Escalation processes.
Documentation of technical runbooks and RCA.
Working knowledge on JIRA / Service Now / Pager Duty.
Should have done on call responsibilities as well.
• 7+ years of professional experience working on Azure cloud Platform (any public cloud is also ok but microservice based application experience is must).
• 7+ years of experience in cloud operations who worked as Cloud Operations Lead.
• Production experience of containers and container orchestration tools (Docker/Kubernetes/Helm/FluxCD).
• Experience in working with cloud native, enterprise scale applications, API Gateways, high availability architectures, load balancing & disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of application and cloud security (HTTP, TLS, certificate management).
• Experience of setting up CI/CD pipelines including production deployments using github (any other CICD tool like Azure DevOps , CircleCI, Jenkins etc. should have process knowledge and should be able to correlate on other platforms or tools).
• Good troubleshooting skills, approach to drill down to the cause ASAP.
• Experience building and working with observability, logging and metrics solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, azure app insights , log analytics, ADX (any other tool like Azure Monitor, Dashboards, Workbooks etc is also fine but should be able to switch and contribute).
• Provisioning/ Enablement/ Support to various Azure Services covering Compute, Storage, Networks, Integration services.
