About the Role
You will work closely with the Product, Operations, Sales and other stakeholders to design and build various products facing end consumers, partners, delivery squad and other stakeholders.

As the Tech Lead you will play a critical role in the development, testing, designing and
architecting highly scalable and reliable distributed systems of FACO. The tech lead will also work closely with our Technology Head in developing and executing the overall tech strategy for FACO. As the business grows so shall your responsibilities in helping search for individuals who would want to stick around and build the end-to-end technology landscape in achieving this vision.

As the Software Developer Engineer, you will work closely with the Product, Operations, Sales and other stakeholders to design and build various products facing end consumers, partners, delivery squad and other stakeholders. The Software Developer Engineer will also work closely with our Technology Head in developing and executing the overall tech strategy for FACO. The applicant will also aim to build reusable and scalable software components within the tech ecosystem of FACO

Key Responsibilities
Tech Lead

• Handle a small team of junior developers.
• Work closely with the Product, Operations, Sales and other stakeholders to design and build various products facing end consumers, partners, delivery squad and other stakeholders
• As a Tech Lead you will play a critical role in the development, testing, designing and architecting highly scalable and reliable distributed systems of FACO
• Write APIs which will function as a clean black box using Python Django
• Develop execute the overall tech strategy for FACO
• Handle our technology vendor partners who are helping FACO at various fronts like multiple SaaS applications, on contract developers, etc.
• Proactively resolve frontend issues in our multiple products

SDE

• You will work closely with the Product, Operations, Sales and other stakeholders to design and build various products facing end consumers, partners, delivery squad and other stakeholders
• As an SDE you will play a critical role in the development, testing, designing and architecting highly scalable and reliable distributed systems of FACO
• Write APIs which will function as a clean black box using Python Django
• You will also think about scale while designing and developing components and mobile applications
• Work closely with our CEO in developing and executing the overall tech strategy for FACO
• Build reusable and scalable software components and mobile application within the tech ecosystem of FACO

Must-Haves:
Tech Lead

• Good experience working with Python, especially Django for backend development.
• Good knowledge of AWS, Docker and Design Patterns.
• Good understanding of ReactJS and React Native
• Excellent Knowledge of AI,AR etc
• Handling a team and prioritization of tasks

Software Developer Engineer

• Good experience working with Python, especially Django for backend development.
• Good knowledge of AWS, Docker and Design Patterns.
• Ability to architect, code and bring an Application to production proactively
• Good Mathematical skills
• Excellent Knowledge of AI, AR etc
• Experience in API design and software lifecycle development practices.

Preferred:

• Experience working with a startup or fast-moving enterprise technology companies.
• A great GitHub profile to showcase and let your code speak for yourself.
• Already developed lots of hybrid apps
