Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive

Work Location: - CHENNAI ONLY

Salary Details: 2, 05,000/- to 2, 20,000 per Annum

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Answering premium customer queries via chat, call channel and email.

2) Establish relationship and trust with customer by ensuring qualitative service.

3) Passion to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative and dynamic work environment

 

Requirements:
Required candidate with average English communication skills

Speaking in one regional language i.e.,  Kannada  is mandatory

 

Qualification:

Any Degree/ B.E/ B.TECH/ Diploma/ +2

Passed outs: - 2016 to 2019 only
