Job Description
1. Drive complete recruitment life cycle for tech & product roles - from sourcing to onboarding
2. Manage tech recruitment partners
3. Maintain talent acquisition dashboards
4. Drive large-scale hiring events e.g. hackathons, coding challenges, etc.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 7th Apr'21 and 12th May'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. 2-5 years of experience in tech talent acquisition, especially in a high growth/startup environment
2. Experience sourcing relevant candidates using databases e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
3. Ability to understand requirements and create job descriptions working along with business stakeholders
4. Ability to drive large-scale hiring events e.g. Hackathons, hiring drives, coding challenges, etc.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 5 Lac/annum
