Job Description

We are looking for Entry/mid-level, motivated Tech Support Executive - Device Installation and Customer Support who has device installation who will provide frontline technical support to our customers. The Support Engineer will take complete accountability for product installation, demonstration, analysis and technical evaluation.

Providing timely assistance and technical guidance & demonstration of the product to customers. The candidate will resolve queries raised for our product and make the customer understand. 

·         Work independently to resolve complex technical problems, including escalations to product manager & engineers.

·         Work as a technical resource with R&D product engineering to bridge complex issues.

Define, coordinate, and prioritize customer feedback and ideas 
Required Skills
  • Languages: Fluent in English, Telugu, and basic Hindi.

  • Technical: Strong in MS Office, email communication, remote-support tools, ticketing systems.

  • Soft skills: Positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving mindset, able to work independently under pressure.
