Description - Technical Support

  • Handle inbound queries pertaining the technical issues
  • Remotely resolving the technical issues
  • Should have good knowledge in Windows and need to have basic knowledge in Networking
  • Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT
  • Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work load of L2 technical support team
  • Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool
Requirement : 

  • Looking for 1 - 3 years of experience in Technical Support
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English .
  • Looking for both UG/PG .(in any discipline).
  • Candidates with experience in Customer support / Technical Support can apply.
