- Excellent com skills and basic Hardware and troubleshooting Knowledge;
- Languages : English + Hindi fluent
Roles :
- Responsible for identifying the needs of the customer .
- Can sell products like Antivirus, PC Cleaners.
- Provide support to Indian Lenovo customer related to their PC problem, Smartphone problem.
- Responsible for resolve password related (Facebook, Gmail, Yahoo, Etc) issues, reset password.
