Job Title / Designation : Tech support

Job Description:

The candidate is expected to work closely with software development, Product Management, corporate IT, Privacy and Security and Database teams.
Skill Requirements:
Hands-on Experience in configuring & troubleshooting of Network devices (LAN Switches/ Router/ Load Balancers).
Experience with secure firewall and dynamic site-to-site IPsec VPN deployments.
Expertise in configuration of routing & switching protocols like BGP, OSPF etc. and troubleshooting of the same.
Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper or other network device families.
Expertise in network security, encryption and related aspects.
Experience deploying highly scalable and fault-tolerant services within public and private cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Experience in integration of Infrastructure with Components like Active Directory (AD)/ LDAP/ Radius, Domain Name Service (DNS), Logging Servers, etc.
Knowledge of IP addressing schemes (IPv4 & IPv6) is a must.
Knowledge of log co-relation engines/ methodology would be an advantage.
Experience expected in using Enterprise Service Management tools for monitoring (for OS, Network, Applications, etc.), Event correlation engines, Service desk (ITIL compliance, workflow and Self Service), etc.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 0-3 yrs
Annual CTC : 1.5-2.2
