Job Description
  • Complaint Handling
  • To promptly respond to all Customer Complaints / Enquiries etc received through different sources like Contact, SMS, Direct Calls,Direct mails from Centers and other sources like ORM etc for PAN India
  • To promptly connect with the concerned Center team to gather complete details on the case / other required data till case is closed.
  • Turn around time for data procurement from Center to be within 24 hrs of receiving the complaint
  • Turn around time for first acknowledgement to the client to be within 4 hrs
  • Turn around time for first call to the client to be within 4 hrs
  • To maintain and share the CAR ( Corrective Action Report ) on a daily basis with all details completely filled in the Report
  • Follow up with Area team and customer till closure
  • Final call/revert to the client on closure of the complaint
  • To capture/update all complaints/queries in CRM till Case closure
