Job Specifications:-Ability to learn, adapt and work of ERP system [Training would be provided]-Effective English Oral & verbal communication skills

-Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers

-Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements-Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team-Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task-Ability to continually display positive attitude.

-Stay current with system information, changes and updates-Online demos and customer support via Phone & Online-Provide online demos to potential client leads-Follow up with new clients to ensure smooth client onboarding-Provide support to existing clients

Eligibility
-B.SC (IT), B.Com, B.A, or equivalent Diploma holders-Candidate must have Excellent communication skills (English) - Voice-Spoken Languages required: English, Hindi and Marathi-Applicants should be in Mumbai with Broadband Setup
