  • Salary: 10k-40k (Based On Experience & Previous Package)+Incs+Cabs+Meal
  • Role: Technical Support / Sr. Tech Support Executive
  • Role Category: Voice Inbound Process
  • Shift: US Rotational Shift
  • Salary: INR 1,20,000 - 5,00,000 P.A + Cab+ Meal.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Must Be Experienced With International Technical Support
  • Basic Knowledge Of Computers, Laptops, Operating Systems And Computer Hardware.
  • Good Working Knowledge Of The Internet.
  • Troubleshooting Knowledge Of Email (Outlook), Printers, Scanners Etc.
  • Advanced Knowledge Of Least 1 Of The Operating Systems From The Following:
  • Windows 7, Windows 2000, XP Home, XP Pro (Set-Up, Install, Re-Install, Recovery)
  • Virus/Spyware/Malware Eradication Including Manual Virus Removal.
  • Basic Networking Concepts (Wireless Set-Up & Configuration & Internet Connectivity)
  • People Living In Or Around Ranchi & Patna Are Preferred.
