Job Description

Role & responsibilities

· Provide technical support to multiple domains kiosk like SBI, BOB, BOI, PNB, IB etc.

· Monitoring of daily code activation and ensure that 98% active kiosk should be working on daily bases.

· New/Replaced code should be active within 3 days after code creation.

· Ensure 98% working kiosk micro-ATM should be active.

· Ensure 98% working kiosk Passbook Printers should be active.

· Need to coordinate with Branch, RBO, LHO and Corporate office

· Responsible for kiosk terminal mapping.

· Mapping of passbook printer and Micro ATM devices
