● Ability to resolve the test taker’s issues at the time of examination.

● Able to resolve the technical issues during the examination.
● Required to give assistance and troubleshoot the things as per the scenarios for the test takers.
● Making of live incidents on the session pages within the timeframe as per the incident occurs.
● Delivering the quality production to the client.
● Required to review and audit the delivered exams as per the management requirements.
● Creating reports and EOD and sending to the management as per the timeline given.
● Offer assistance to candidates with special accommodations or specific needs as required.
● Respond to inquiries or concerns from candidates in a courteous and helpful manner.
● Coordinating with the team members accordingly.
