Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitoring workflow using work monitoring tools.
- Responsible for providing first level remote support
- Prepare work status and update on status group for every two hours.
- Responsible for creating new user profile for new employees And responsible for resetting user password of existing employees if needed.
- Responsible for maintain the company strategy like Designing, Implementing and maintenance of enterprise network components.
- Answering technical queries and dealing with often frustrated users.
- Administrating and troubleshooting Windows client operating systems.
- Responsible for reply to client mails within 10 minutes.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Qualification: Any Graduate (eg. BCA, MCA, B.Tech, Diploma etc.)
Any networking certifications like MCSE or CCNA will be added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office required (esp. MS Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
