Desired Skill Set For Sales / Technical Support :-
· Open to work with 24*7 Environment, US Culture, Voice Process.
· Good command over English.
· The incumbent must be Computer Savvy, even the candidates who are applying for Sales they too should be proficient with Basic Computers.
· For Solution Engineer Position: The incumbent must have experience with Windows/ Mac Troubleshooting Process. Must be well versed with PC/Laptop troubleshooting.
· Qualification for Sales Executive : Graduate Candidates with minimum 6 Months experience/ Undergraduates with excellent Communication skills can also apply.
· Qualification for Solution Engineer : Only Technical Graduates/ Undergraduate with Minimum 1 year experience with voice-based Tech Support Process.
