Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle in-depth analysis and resolution of customer tickets
2. Work on simulating customer issues to find solutions and fixes to customer issues/inquiries
3. Gain a thorough understanding of Exotel products
4. Work on being a champion of Exotel-specific tools and troubleshooting procedure
5. Collaborate, work alongside and build mutually beneficial relationships with other teams (customer happiness, customer success, sales, product, and engineering)
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 3rd Feb'21 and 10th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must be curious all the time to keep exploring newer and better ways to resolve customer issues
2. Should have an engineering/BSc/equivalent degree
3. Must be able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and SLAs
4. Must be able to promptly answer & support-related phone calls, chat & emails
5. Must be willing to work in shifts
6. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
7. Must have the ability to analyse, research, and solve highly technical and unique problems
8. Excellent communication & troubleshooting skills
9. Must have knowledge of writing SQL queries
10. Knowledge of at least one scripting language like PHP and Python
11. Knowledge of Linux and CLI tools would be preferred
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
