Job Description
· Backend support for the software products sold to clients.
· Demonstration of the software products through online as well as visit the high profile customers for a demo or technical clarifications personally or through emails.
· Respond to technical queries of prospective customers to ensure the proper technical support to the customer on time.
· Handhold clients through Software Demos and POCs that may include programming on your own.
· Develop an extensive database of projects for the product categories
· Providing Pre-sales technical assistance, education & after-sales support services.
· Creating templates to capture the data from images/documents as per the client requirements.
· Product installation and implementation of Templates via online or onsite.
· Customization of the product solutions as per client requirement.
