- Anti Phishing & Brand Protection services – investigation on phishing activities and act upon the fraudulent web-sites
- Partial Out-bound calling to different ISPs during different time zones
- Regularly makes decisions and takes independent action on matters directly affecting self & team SLAs.
- Demonstrate clear and consistent ownership and accountability for the given tasks
- Very good communication skills
- Must have good knowledge on MS office and tools
- Flexible to shifts
- Knowledge on ISP & Domains, Research & analytical skills attention to detail is Must
