Key Responsibilities:

Guide users through step-by-step solutions and explain technical issues in simple terms.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary.

Document issues, solutions, and frequently asked questions in the support knowledge base.

Track, follow up, and close all support tickets in a timely manner while maintaining high service levels.

Monitor system performance and report any abnormalities or incidents to the IT team.

Assist in installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware when needed.

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional, friendly, and efficient service.

Stay updated with the latest technology trends, software tools, and company products.
