Job Description
Who can apply
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 22nd Jun'22 and 27th Jul'22
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Responsibilities include:
1. Answer employee's technical questions/problems, providing appropriate workarounds or solutions to the reported issues
2. Own employee's technical issues from initial report to resolution
3. Meet response and resolution times
4. Ensure timely follow-up on escalated issues
5. Understand the reported issues
6. Provide prompt and accurate responses over email/chat/ticket
7. Escalate to L2 support as and when required
8. Help resolve product related issues effectively and efficiently
9. Monitor any signs of outages and alert L2 engineers at the earliest
10. Collaborate with technical support team members to properly manage inquiries
11. Communicate with employees via support ticketing system/email/chat to assess the scope of the problem and determine what, if any, resolution/steps the user has to perform
12. Maintains logs of support services provided in the ticketing system and document approval where required
13. Prioritize and follow up effectively with an ability to pivot swiftly under pressure to meet deliverables

Other requirements
1. Must have excellent written and verbal skills
2. Willing to work in a rotational day shift between 9:30 AM and 10 PM
3. Knowledge of Excel formulas and Advanced Excel is mandatory
