Job Description
About the Program:
We are launching an immersive innovation and technology bootcamp for government school students
(Grades 6, 7 & 8) across India. The program focuses on Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, and Tech-based
learning, enabling students to ideate, build prototypes, and present solutions to real-world problems.
Students will progress from school-level bootcamps to City Finals, with the top 2 ideas from each region
advancing to the Mega Finale in Mumbai.
Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate Thinking Coaches who can mentor, guide, and inspire students through the
complete innovation journey—from ideation to prototype development and final showcase.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct bootcamp sessions on Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, and Tech-based curriculum - Guide students through ideation, problem identification, and solution development - Support students in building tech-based prototypes - Assist in shortlisting ideas for City Finals and Mega Finale - Coordinate with internal teams to arrange external mentors - Mentor students for City-level showcases and Mega Finale (Mumbai) - Ensure engaging, activity-based learning

Technical Skills:
Robotics, Arduino, IoT, ESP Boards, Coding, 3D Printing
(Tinkercad experience is a plus)
