Job Description
- The Technical Account Manager is responsible for assigned Client accounts.
- This position will be responsible for helping our clients engineer the product to their particular needs and requirements.
- The Technical Account Manager would be required to do Key Account Management on assigned accounts
- Up-Sell, Cross-Sell, and enablement on new features, and modules to assigned accounts.
- This Position involves interacting with clients, our sales department, and the technology department on a day-to-day basis.
