Job Description
Responsible for general activity, off line and on line packing activity in parenteral packing.
• Clearance of packing area.
• Process of secondary packing.
• Verification of packing materials.
• Weighing balance and its verification.
• Verification of finished goods.
• Clearance of packing area – at the start of shift / end of shift / at the time of changeover.
• Removal of rejections from the line after inspection.
• Online /Offline packing process.
• Verification of packing materials.
• Removal and destruction of excess packing materials from the line in presence of packing supervisor and QA supervisor.
• Cleaning and Operation of auto cartonator machine.
• Clearance of auto cartonator machine.
• Verification of packing material.
• Working method of secondary packing.
• Area clearance of auto cartonator machine at start of shift, end of shift, and at batch changeover.
• Check preventive maintenance of auto cartonator machine.
• After completion of the batch clean machine properly.
• Responsible for Cleaning and operation of labelling machine parenteral packing.
• Cleaning and operation of labelling machine.
• Verification of packing / labelling materials.
• Preventive maintenance of labelling machines.
• Clearance of labelling and packing area at the start of shift / end of shift / at the time of changeover.
• Handling of rejections obtained during labelling.
• Clearance of packing area.
• Process of secondary packing.
• Verification of packing materials.
• Weighing balance and its verification
• Process of secondary packing.
• Maintenance of walking cold room.
• Clearance of packing line / area / machine.
• Method of cleaning and running a walking cold room.
• Verification of finished goods.
• Online /Offline packing process.
• Removal and destruction of excess packing materials from the line in presence of packing supervisor and QA supervisor.
• Responsible for operation and cleaning of blister packing machine in parenteral packing.
• Procedure for operation and cleaning of blister packing machine.
• Clearance of packing line / area / machine.
• Verification of packing material.
• Working method of secondary packing.
• Packing line/packing machine area clearance at the start of shift/end of shift/at the time of change over.
• Preventive maintenance of machine.
• Working on line/off line packing of ampoules/vials.
• Checking of blisters for over coding, empty blister cut pockets and any defects.
• Weighing balance and its verification.
• Verification of finished goods.
• Calibrate the weighing checker at the beginning of the shift.
• Maintenance of walking cold room.
