Minimum qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering / Technology, Bachelor of Computer Science, Masters in Computer applications / MS
Windows, Linux(RHEL/Centos/Ubuntu), SQL Server, MONGO DB, MySQL, Oracle
Technical support for the host of applications, and services, to achieve the delivery of agreed levels of services to client
Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution
Restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimize the adverse effect on business operations
Conduct analysis, suggest workarounds, communicate to partners and drive resolution
Align services to changing business needs by identifying and implementing improvements that support the business processes
Build custom metrics and dashboards using tools to understand the performance, usage and issues of applications supported
Identify root cause of issues and strive to eliminate recurrence of problems
Maintain, improve and revise knowledge artifacts for the suite of supported applications
Able to multi-task and balance multiple demands and projects within deadlines
Participate in standups and weekly reviews to provide the status of work you're doing
