Principal Accountabilities

Acquire Bakery customers 50%
• Responsible to new trials and new recipes.
• This position be responsible for make our product superior / better.
• Use product brouchers to promote the benefits of Cargill product.
• This position will be responsible for new customer acquisition, enhance existing customer value by suggesting Cargill’s products range

Conduct Caterers demonstrations each month 25%
• Explain Cargill’s product features i.e., Bakery Fats
• Better nutritional value of the end product cooked .
• Cost benefit: Compared to the competitor products in the market
• This position will work for new product development & will provide insights of Bakery from end user perspective.
