Job Description

Technical Consultant:

Self-training & Certification on the course (Sponsored by Simplilearn)
Teaching assistance for live virtual classes
Pre-class engagement & Know your Students
In class hosting, Q&A facilitation, assignment & project evaluation, demo class management, project mentoring
Act as consultant for course & content related queries or clarification
Project Management and support throughout the course journey
Improving the learning experience of the trainees
Enable successful completion of the course by the participants
Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-year hands-on experience, preferably in Java, C or C++
Excellent communication – Written & Spoken suited towards Global Audience
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts
Public speaking capability preferred

Customer Support Executive:

Respond to handle high volumes of inbound customer queries over calls/ emails promptly; domestic &
overseas customers.
Resolve product related issues by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best
solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Work independently and efficiently to meet defined SLAs and other assigned tasks.
Responsible for meeting productivity matrices and quality standards as per defined quality norms.
Work on reports & concurrently update client records.
