Job Description
Must Have
6 to 8 years of tech experience for Sr Con & 4 to 5 years for Consultant
A seasoned full stack engineer (the current full stacks AI skills we look at including great Python skills, FE skills such as react, backend skills such as Mongo DB)
Should be well versed with Agile ways of development including working on tools such as JIRA
Preferred
Operationalizes models/agents and builds inference & evaluation pipelines.
Tunes, monitors, and integrates AI into product workflows.
Designs prompt patterns, retrieval/orchestration context, and evaluation harnesses.
Hardens guardrails and quality criteria for agent/GPT behaviours.
