Job Designation 1: Research Analyst
Roles &Responsibilities:
- Understand the objectives, target audience, and develop simple, easy-to-understand, user-friendly content while employing good search engine optimization (SEO) techniques
- Collaborate with SME/Technical experts and develop state of the art content, rewrite the existing content or edit and proofread content.
- Research/analyze and solve complex problems in software technologies, frameworks, and platforms
- Create visual presentations that communicate complex concepts in a manner that appeals to a wide variety of audiences
Desired Skills:
- Fluent in written and verbal English, with an ability to express thoughts succinctly.
- Excellent Aptitude & Reasoning Skills.
- Preferable Knowledge Of Linux & Cloud (AWS)
- Preferable Knowledge Of Any Technology (Java / Java EE / Python / Scala / Hadoop).
- Excellent Programming Skills.
- Passion to learn & explore new and emerging technologies.
- Salary: 3 LPA

Job Designation 2: Technical Consultant (Internship)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 0-1 Years experience in any software technologies, practice and processes.
- Passion to learn & explore new and emerging technologies like. (Bigdata, NoSQL, Mobile, Social, Cloud, Analytics’ etc.,)
- Passion to research/analyses and solve complex problems in software technologies, frameworks, and platforms.
- Innovate and transform complex topics/explanations to simple to follow methods/models.
- Engage with broad technical audience & Help them solve their code/theoretical problems.
- Solve Technical queries asked by the Learners
- Develop solutions to the commonly faced problems by Learners in terms of code, step by step guides.
- Develop expertise in the assigned technology and develop multiple course projects
- This is a SHIFT job. 15 days rotational shift.

- B.Tech / MCA /M.Sc (Computers) (From Reputed Institutes)
- Excellent Programming Skills.
- Excellent Verbal & Communication Skills.
- Excellent Aptitude & Reasoning Skills.
- Preferable Knowledge on Any Technology (Java / Java EE / Python / Scala / Hadoop / R / Cloud / Spark)
- Preferable Knowledge On Linux & Cloud (AWS)
- Reporting To: Category Head
- Working hours: Shift based, US/UK shifts (15 days rotational shift)
- Stipend: 15,000 Per month. Conversion to full time employee is based on performance .
- Additional benefits (over and above CTC): Night shift allowance.

Job Designation 3: Program Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Guiding a learner and ensuring that the learner completes the course with the required number of grades.
- Consistent planed engagement with the learners.
- Guidance through the course curriculum and ensuring that the learner attends all the classes.
- Finding out the gaps in learning behavior.
- Learner Engagement, addressing the complaints and learner satisfaction.
- Act as a single point of contact for the learners for addressing the queries & complaints.
- Experience in customer relationship management preferred.
- Excellent written and Communication skills
- Excellent articulation skills
- Strong customer focus
- Salary : Upto 3 LPA
