Technical consultant Job in For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd at Mumbai

Planning preventive maintenance of BMS & CPM.

 Monitoring and optimization of energy consumption of HVAC system.

 Up-gradation and modification of existing BMS and Chiller Plant Manager as operational requirement.

 Troubleshoot and diagnose the issues of BMS, DDC, PLC and ELV systems.

 Installation and commissioning of new field devices for minor expansion / modifications within

existing system.

 Work with Siemens Team for Desigo Insight to Desigo CC Migration and Zone Temperature

Monitoring project.

 Coordinate with external vendor for survey & feasibility study of new proposals.

 Servicing of faulty field devices like motorized valves, damper actuators

 Spares, Tools & Tackles management.

 Handling contract operators, technicians & Vendors
