Technical Consultant
- Partner with and knowledge share with client business owners & partners.
- Participate in the use case discovery sessions with the Client.
- Configure the Sign application in conjunction with the Client's requirements.
- Partner with technical project leadership to provide day-to-day tactical objectives.
- Work with the client to gather user feedback on implemented functionality.
- Advise the client group on Sign internal alignment and customer change management.
- Ensure client enable on their Sign implementation
