Technical Consultant

You will be responsible for providing execution expertise on enterprise projects and initiatives, as well as the overall technical delivery. Providing high-value advice and guidance to our clients.
You will be working collaboratively with the professional services team and clients to understand business processes & requirements, ensuring the delivery of successful, business-critical solutions. As a consultant, you will certify the integrity of the implemented solutions including the design, deployment, configuration, and migration of legacy systems and data.
The successful applicant will be experienced and comfortable in project delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, and adept at maintaining and developing client relationships.
The role will be based in London but will require flexibility to travel across EMEA at times.
Responsible For
Providing technical expertise on consulting engagements in all stages including planning, analysis, design, deployment, and testing
Assessing customer requirements, clarifying clients' system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business, and formulating technical solutions
Building and deploying solutions in line with design specifications and best practice
Creating client deliverables such as presentations, build, deployment guides, and solution design documents
Delivering knowledge transfer sessions to customers and other team members
Supporting case study development and providing lessons learned feedback to the wider iManage teams
Collaborating cross-functionally within iManage to provide insight from the field on our products
Experience with iManage Work or similar DMS technology
Experience in Enterprise System Deployments and relevant technical deployment/OS skills associated.
Confidence in project delivery, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, and adept at maintaining and developing client relationships.
Strong technical skills including Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop software, SQL, and RDMS technologies
Experience in Cloud Deployments (Multi-tenant enterprise deployments)
Application integration and/or development using SQL / .Net / Web service APIs
Experience with Citrix/Virtual desktop implements and formal design notations.
Networking/ security/ infrastructure design experience.
Technical experience in Scripting/ development e.g. VB Script, LUA, Python, .Net
