Designation: Technical Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Provide teaching assistance to trainers by conducting assignments/revision sessions
- Troubleshoot difficult technical problems within specified deadlines
- Ability to manage high-priority projects
- Do a continuous course QA
- Audit the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
- Provide online support or over the call for our learners
- Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be the first point of escalation.
- Experience in Linux, Microsoft OS
- Strong troubleshooting skills in very complex systems
