Designation: Technical Consultant
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot difficult technical problems within specified deadlines
• Provide online support or over the call for our learners
• Provide teaching assistance to trainers by conducting assignments/revision sessions
• Do a continuous course QA
• Audit the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
• Be the first point of escalation.
• Experience in Linux, Microsoft OS
• Strong troubleshooting skills in very complex systems
• Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage high-priority projects
Salary Range(In Rupees): 20000-25000
