Responsibilities Research Analyst - Programming:
• Research, design and provide domain expertise and technical understanding to the marketing team. .
• Interact with subject matter expert.
• Comprehend, resolve and foresee complex problems in technologies, frameworks, and platforms.
• Articulate and present multi facet complex concepts in an east to grasp visualization keeping global audience in mind..
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline from a reputed institute
• Candidates with Programming Certification from any recognized institute will be an added advantage
• Candidate should Should have basic knowledge in C, C++, OOPS, RDBMS,java programming
• Fresher Candidates with Programming Certification from any recognized institute will be an added advantage
• 0 - 3 years of related experience in programing/ technology or related
• exprience.
• Knowledge of cloud computing is plus
• Knowledge of Cloud Services like AWS & AZURE
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Stay composed and maintain a professional demeanor amidst a fast-changing work environment.
• Ability to work with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams
Job Description- Technical Consultant:
- Self-training & Certification on the course (Sponsored by Simplilearn)
- Teaching assistance for live virtual classes
- Pre-class engagement & Know your Students
- In class hosting, Q&A facilitation, assignment & project evaluation , demo class management, project mentoring
- Act as consultant for course & content related queries or clarification
- Project Management and support throughout the course journey
- Improving the learning experience of the trainees
- Enable successful completion of the course by the participants
- Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience, preferably in Java, C or C++
- Excellent communication – Written & Spoken suited towards Global Audience
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts
- Public speaking capability preferred
Duties and Responsibilities: Content Development:
- Ability to research, develop and build technical courses for e learning platform
- Design and develop e-learning and ILT (Instructor-Led Training) material according to
- Simplilearn models, standards, and guidelines.
- Analyze feedback on live courses from learners, trainers, and teaching assistants to
- continuously improve the learner experience.
- Act as the author of your course by collaborating with other allied teams (Product, Program,
- QA, GD, SSG etc.) and external vendors (ID, GD, SME) to deliver the highest quality output
- according to the project plan.
- Meet your daily targets for development.
- Continuously improve the quality of your deliverables by analyzing review feedback from the
- QA team.
- Desired Skills &Qualification
- Btech / B.E or any computer discipline graduation mandatory
- Min 1 year work experience on content development or willing to move into the same.
- Proficiency in designing and developing blended learning courses (eLearning + ILT) on, both,
- tech subjects (Cloud, Data science, AI, Azure)
- Proficiency in Instructional Design principles and practices
- Proficiency in working with MS Powerpoint and Word
- Knowledge of, or experience working in, an Agile environment is an added advantage
