- Ability to understand customer issue and route to appropriate team
- Ticket Creation/Categorization/Prioritization
- Incident resolution and recovery
- Ensure on meeting daily KPIs
- Receiving and making end user calls
- Provide first level resolutions
- Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
Requirements:
- Overall Experience- 1 to 3 years
- Mandatory Experience- Minimum 1 year experience in an International BPO.
- Experience in Voice/Semi Voice process.
- Expertise in Technical Skills.
Desirable Experience-
- Experience in International Calling
- Experience in Technical Support domain
- Experience in Salesforce, CRM
- Excellent Customer handling skills
