- Designation - Customer Support Executive.
- Process : Banking Customer Support, Sales Executive /AR Calling / Medical Billing / International Banking , Collection Process Finance and Accounts Process / Telecom support openings.
- Process : Technical Support and Networking Support
- Technical Support Executive (Voice)
- Providing excellent customer service support to customers during every single interaction
- Resolving technical issues (hardware and software) (Laptops,Desktops etc)
- Assisting end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrences
- Taking client system on remote and resolving the issue
- Escalation and reproduction of technical issues for the development team
- Troubleshooting Hardware / Networking / OS related queries of our global
- customers Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
- Should be well-informed about Computer and its Hardware
- Should be customer-service oriented.
- Neutral accent in communication.
- Rotational shift
- Should be willing to work in Voice Based process.
- Cab Facility :Two way
- Work Location : Bangalore
- Cab Services : Free Pick & Drop
- Rounds of Interviews : HR Round / Manager Round
- Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External)
- Provide World Class Customer Service.
- End to Transaction of Reports.
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient and versatile.
- Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.
