Technical Customer Support
Job Description
1. Provide product support to customers about their queries that came through chat or email
2. Diagnose and resolve customer problems and educate users on problem resolutions in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
3. Ensure customer requirements are met with consistently high quality of service
4. Engage appropriate internal resources to resolve technical issues and update our customers on progress toward resolution
5. Ensure that each support issue and resolution are adequately documented under the support system
6. Determine which issues require software support and resolution

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 12th Feb'21 and 19th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
