Experience and leadership qualities: 5 years of success in consultative/complex technical sales and deployment of architecture, design, and (project) implementation.

Has excellent organizational, active listening, written (attention to details), verbal communication, and strong presentation skills. Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences. Excellent sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences. Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales.

Track record of architecting, estimating, and delivering solutions with complex and cross-functional challenges/problems, working closely with solution designers, solution developers, and product managers to create and sell innovative solutions. Ability to lead and motivate technical communities.

Ability to effectively recognize and adapt to change, be part of early customer engagements regarding technology roadmaps, selling new products and services, and support the embedding of these services into BT operations. is an advantage

Demonstrated ability to match technical solutions with customer business requirements. Excellent problem-solvers, able to quickly change direction based on updated user specifications or system limitations. Have multi-tower knowledge at a high-level and preferably hands-on and deep-dive experience with at least two technologies (UC, Networking, Contact Centers, CUCM, AudioCodes gateways, Security, etc.).
