The Opportunity
Katzion, a CRM consulting and product development start up, is currently engaged in delivering challenging initiatives with major automotive and healthcare industry clients in Australia. We are looking for a Technical Documentation Writer to join our team in the Indian office.
Experience And Qualifications
Must Have :
- Good communication skill.
- Good knowledge in UML, ER diagrams.
- Experience in preparing use case diagrams, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience in managing Wiki.
- Experience in any of the following technologies will be added advantage Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI.
- The Role
- You will be responsible for the hands on all the documentation process. You will serve as the technical expert on documentation process.
Responsibilities
- Project Documentation.
- Work closely with team manages, team leads and prepare Statement of work.
- Prepare functional documents.
- Prepare non-functional documents.
- Prepare user case diagrams.
- Prepare activity diagrams.
- Prepare UML diagrams.
- Prepare workbooks.
- Prepare ER diagrams, database schema diagrams.
- Manage wiki for various clients and projects.
- Prepare wiki articles for projects.
- Write technical articles for company website.
- Manage blog entries.
