Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Commissioning:

Perform on-site installation, setup, and commissioning of equipment or systems as per technical specifications and client requirements.

Verify system functionality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Train client personnel on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
2. Maintenance and Repair:

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment at customer sites to minimize downtime.

Diagnose technical problems through systematic troubleshooting and resolve issues efficiently.

Replace or repair faulty components and ensure equipment operates at peak performance.
3. Technical Support and Customer Service:

Act as the primary technical contact for customers in the field.

Provide timely and clear communication regarding service status, technical advice, and recommendations.

Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and technical expertise.
4. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts replaced, and time spent on each job.

Prepare service reports and submit them to supervisors or clients as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all documentation.
5. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

Work closely with sales, engineering, and quality teams to feedback client needs and field challenges.

Suggest improvements in products and service processes based on field experience.

Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product developments.
