Job Description
-- Support the developed the enhancements to Flex Ops adhoc services with frontend as Angular and backend with .Net core microservice APIs and Oracle as DB.
-- Completing the new features & user stories by following agile methodology for Sprint PI, backlog & sprint-end. resolve the ongoing Issues & bugs.
-- Involved in Application support (L2 & L3) for ongoing application issues.
-- Ownership on Weekly call, WOR (Weekly operational review), MOR (monthly operational review), Breached analysis, KPI, SLO measurement, Root cause analysis, Scope enhancement with customers.
-- Leading the team to deliver the project enhancements, ownership for offshore
Dev Team, Coordinating with Product Owner, Business & Onshore Spoc.
-- Installed all the necessary software, tools, subscriptions and licenses to get
started with Go, VS code editor and Mango DB
.-- Involve in Application support (L2 & L3) for ongoing application issues.
-- Attending Weekly call, WOR (Weekly operational review), MOR (monthly operational review), Breached analysis, KPI, SLO measurement, Root cause analysis, Scope enhancement with customers.
-- Attend DSU and taken part with discussion, standing status, challenges, new
