Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP developers and consultants, fostering technical growth and ensuring high-quality work.
Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise and direction for SAP solutions, including architecture, integration, and customization, to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Project Management:Oversee the technical aspects of SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget constraints.
System Performance & Stability:Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP systems, ensuring their stability, security, and functionality on both on-premise and cloud-based environments.
Collaboration:Partner with functional leads, development teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and integrate SAP with other applications.
Quality Assurance:Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure that developed solutions meet quality and performance standards.
Problem-Solving:Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to maintain system integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Expertise:In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies such as ABAP, Basis, SAP HANA, and integration.
Project Management Skills:Strong ability to manage projects, organize tasks, and coordinate resources effectively.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Aptitude for analyzing complex technical problems and developing innovative solutions.
Communication Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
SAP Architecture Knowledge:Understanding of SAP system architecture, best practices, and integration capabilities.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team to achieve project goals.
