Technical Lead 

Job Description:

• Development using Technology PHP & MY-SQL with latest version & Open Source, Framework.
• Development of Website & Web Application
• Contribute Experience in design & development
• Fixing Error

Job Responsibilities:

• Closely work with Business Development Department
• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to the standard
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required
• Technology Examination
• Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders/client

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E./ B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. – IT, / BCA / Diploma /- Any Specialization PG – Any Postgraduate – Any
• Strong Technical candidate with in-depth experience in (MEAN / LAMP Stack) with at least any one of JavaScript Frameworks (Angular / React / VueJs)
• Hands-on working experience in PHP MVC Framework (Laravel / Codeigniter)
• Strong technical expertise in using Cloud Services in AWS / GCP.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Strong knowledge in RDBMS & OOPS is required.
• Good knowledge of standards, design patterns are required
• Any certifications or technical writing is done on the related technologies is a value add
