Job Description

To execute the all activities related to raw milk reception & maintain hygiene standards at reception dock. It includes can cleaning as per set standards.
To chilled the milk in time & store as per planning given by dairy in charge.
To execute the processing & standardization as per demand & plan in consultation with dairy manager.
To keep the sanitation of all milk handling equipment& piping with C.I.P. As per schedule & observe the system carefully & keep records.
To control the cream & SMP used for standardization & keep the records.
The inward, use, dispatch & balance of the milk & milk production should be recorded in given format & shift wise technical officer will be held responsible for the same.
Sour milk can dripping records to be kept shift wise.
The milk quantity & quality transferred to the production & its yield & gain/loss records to be maintained.
The hygiene standards for the dock, process & production to be followed as per plan given by dairy manager.
All processing, production & bulk dispatches should be executed as per set norms without any deviation in quality standards.
To control the use of consumables & chemicals & keep the records.
To coordinate concern dept. like engineering , stores , procurement & marketing in consultation with dairy manager.
To minimize the operational costs by optimum use of work force, machine & material.
