Job Description
Urgent vacancy for Inbound Tech Support Process
- Looking for immediate joiners
- Morning & Night Shift available
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling incoming calls & selling technical support subscription plans to the customers.
- Interact with the customers to resolve their queries related with hardware/software issues.
- Taking inbound calls from customers regarding their pop up issues,
- Taking remote access of customer's computer & diagnosing the problems
- Convert the customer calls into sales
- Will be responsible for ATTAINING daily, weekly and monthly Sales Targets
