Technical Program Manager/Data Center Colocation Operations

Minimum qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Reliability Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent data analysis, risk assessment, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor format and style to match the situation whether in person, emails, documents, or presentations.
- Ability to lead cross-functionally and to influence without authority.
- Ability to balance the immediate needs of the program with the longer term goals of the greater organization.
- Ability to forecast resource requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Support site selection process through operational and technical knowledge and perform operational assessment and risk analysis of 3rd party COLO sites.
- Own COLO sites facility operation within an area with full accountability.
- Keep main stakeholders informed about current work and discuss strategic decisions and directions with them.
- Contribute to focus area strategy and setting strategy for smaller local groups.
- Provide technical expertise during incidents, and coordinate the planning of critical activities & provide technical support for mini-cluster (COLO) sites within a region.
