Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Gather requirements from different customers and rationalize it against the broader platform roadmap
Define programs/project scope / timeline to deliver specific roadmap item and customer requirements
Engage and align various stakeholders for a given Program keeping in mind various constraints
Manage the programs for any risks/delays and general progress
Keep all stakeholder updated with periodic reports
Adapt process changes, scope reprioritization based on feedback / retrospective learning

Desired Candidate Profile

Ownership and initiative taking is primary to this role
Superlative interpersonal skills and communication (especial written) is must.
Knowledge of few products management or project management tools is desired.
Should be familiar with technology stacks, a modern agile development cycle and software engineering concepts.
