Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from different customers and rationalize it against the broader platform roadmap
- Define programs/project scope / timeline to deliver specific roadmap item and customer requirements
- Engage and align various stakeholders for a given Program keeping in mind various constraints
- Manage the programs for any risks/delays and general progress
- Keep all stakeholder updated with periodic reports
- Adapt process changes, scope reprioritization based on feedback / retrospective learning
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ownership and initiative taking is primary to this role
- Superlative interpersonal skills and communication (especial written) is must.
- Knowledge of few products management or project management tools is desired.
- Should be familiar with technology stacks, a modern agile development cycle and software engineering concepts.
